Social Media Tips: Set Some Goals

You won't accomplish anything if you have don't have a target. It is crucial for you to know the whys behind what you do. Your goal should be the driving force of your social media marketing strategy.⠀

Grab a paper and pen down your goals! And keep these in mind as you prepare your goals. You want your goals to be S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timebound).

SPECIFIC - well-defined and clear goals, stating exactly what you aim to achieve.

MEASURABLE - have an obtainable goal that can be measured using numbers.

ACHIEVABLE - it is reachable within the currently available skills, budget, and time and it takes into account potential constraints or limits that exist.

RELEVANT - Your goals should be relevant to the bigger picture of the business. Social media goals should also tie closely with your overall business goals.

TIMEBOUND - goals need to be time-bound in order to set limits to the time spent on this particular objective and to fit the business timeframe in terms of target, product development, and other major time-bound events.
